Help - Orderprocess


Please set the Item-quantaty, payment- and shippingmethod at the shoppingcart.
With clicking the button Checkout" you start the orderprocess.


If you are not already logged in, please login to your account. Please enter your email-address and your password to login.
Is this your first order at our webshop?
Please enter your email-address in this case and press the „I am a new customer" button.


Please enter your complete Invoice-address. You have to confirm our general terms & conditions of business (GTC) within this step. Please read our GTC and mark the checkbox if you aggree.
Only if you are a new customer a password has to be setted-up.


Please choose the address to which your order should be shipped within this step. Is the correct address not already setted-up please enter a new shipping-address for this order.

Direct debit payment

Only if you pay with direct debit payment (this payment method is reserved for b2b orders) your bankaccount informations will be requested. Please make sure that all informations are entered correctly.


Within this last step you get a complete overview of your placed order with all informations (addresses e.g.) quantaties, prices and the overall costs of your order.
With the click on the button"Checkout order / Place order" your order will be placed legally binding.
The sales contract will be concluded legally binding with the Orderconfirmation via Email from the webshop-vendor.
